1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all locations within the United Kingdom only.

2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders—no additional fees will be charged at checkout.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?
After placing your order, it will be processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days.

4. What is your order cut-off time for same-day processing?
Orders placed before 04:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after that will be processed the next business day.

5. What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?
We accept returns for items that are in new, unused condition and returned within 14 days of receipt.

6. Do you accept returns and exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, as well as product exchanges, within the 14-day return window.

7. How do I return an item?
Simply use the free return label included in your package and send the item back to our return address by mail.

8. Are there any restocking fees for returns?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returned or exchanged items.

9. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
